Dausa May 2 News published in newspapers SP handed over the kidnapped Anurag to the relatives late in the night, the District Child Welfare Committee took cognizance of the work done against the rules by handing over the injured child directly to the family members by the police regarding the matter. District Child Welfare Committee member Mukesh Thikariya said that the District Child Welfare Committee, constituted under Section 27 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015 (with judicial magistrate powers of the first class), works in the best interest of the children. Under Section 95 of the (Care and Protection) Act 2015, only the District Child Welfare Committee can hand over a minor child to his/her family members. In the past, including the meetings of District Child Protection Unit Dausa by the committee, a letter has been issued to present the minor boys / girls before the committee. Despite this, SP Dausa is not fully complying with the Juvenile Justice Act 2015, on which the committee expressed regret and expressed concern and on April 30, the news of handing over of minor child Aaghat Anurag / Anmol to the family members by the SP and the police is different. After being published prominently in different newspapers, the committee took cognizance of the District Superintendent of Police, Dausa, the reason for not presenting the minor child before the committee, under which rule the minor was handed over to the family members, including the factual details of the child. Wrote a letter to submit the report to the committee by 11th May.
