While the grade pay is 2400 (Level-6). The grade pay of ANM (Women Health Worker) in the same Gram Panchayat is 2800 (Level-8). (Level - 9) of LHV. Appointment to the ANM/LHV Nursing Cadre is based on full length of service and not on additional special qualification and with additional special qualification and medically competent. Whereas on 10 November 2021 and 23 November 2021 by the Joint Government Secretary of the Finance Department, the Directorate of Medical and Health Services Rajasthan, Jaipur was not considered eligible for change of designation.

This will not put any financial burden on the state government.
